I was very impressed with the all round service that Peter provided. He was very approachable & reasonable from the outset. His report was very detailed and used lots of photo to back up his findings.

The detail & quality of the report was far better than that of a previous surveyor that I used and at a reasonable price. After the report was completed he was clear about his recommendations and gave me lots of useful tips about how to follow up on these. He was also more than willing to answer any further questions that I had well after he completed the report for no extra cost. Was a pleasure to do business with you Peter.

I instructed Peter to carry out a full buildings survey on a property I was buying, in Fulham.

I found peter was very helpful and friendly and carried out the detailed survey on the 4th August. He was then willing to come over to see me after the survey and speak and advise me on the works and some issues.

A few days later he provided me with a very detailed report on the property complete with photographs and which also had guidelines on the remedial costs. He also followed this up with advice on the works that had been carried out on the property to fix the issue.

He was extremely helpful and his price was very competitive especially considering the detail that was in it. My IFA described this as the most detailed report he had ever seen in 20 years!!

I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his work, speed and service.

Hogan Associates were most professional and efficient in their approach, offering their full services without any delay.

The presentation of the survey was excellent using crisp digital images to show all areas of the property. This meant that very little could be overlooked, and a choice of receiving the survey in electronic form, sent via email, saved valuable time in receiving a copy, which is very important in buying a property.

I was fully satisfied and impressed throughout the experience, and would consider using them again.
