Hogan Associates Limited are equity partners in the award winning re-development of the previous USAF Air Base in Cambridgeshire. The project will create 700,000 sq ft of N+2 data centre space. Through the use of leading edge technology, including absorption chillers, the project will be one of the greenest data centre sites in the world.

Hogan Associates Limited represented West Street Developments, Guernsey, in managing the development of this major, 355 apartment, £100m project in Bristol.

East Surrey College (5,000 student Further Education College)

Project Management of the new £7M Reigate School of Art, Design & Media, Surrey which was opened by the Actress and High Sheriff of Surrey, Penelope Keith CBE OBE.

Managing the whole of the College’s 200,000 sq. ft Estate & Facilities, including 50 staff.
