Our fees are tailored to specific properties and the extent of services required.
Typical residential fees range from £450 (exc VAT) to proportionally less than 1/1000 th of the purchase price for multi million pound purchases.
Our photographically illustrated, easy to read, reports are issued by e mail and we are happy to update them as more information becomes available.
Project Management fees can be a fixed cost or a percentage of the construction cost based on an agreed timetable.
Where appropriate, our fee rate is £125 per hour exc vat for general building surveying advice and £175 per hour exc vat for party wall matters and complex projects.
