For residential Clients (from your first home to a multi million purchase) we provide:
 
Party Wall Awards - We act for either (or both) the developing party (The "Building Owner") and respective neighbours (the "Adjoining Owners") often as the "Agreed", single surveyor.
 
Building Survey (or Structural Survey) - more appropriate for listed/older homes or for properties constructed in an unusual manner) or
 
Home Buyer`s Reports (suitable for converted properties built in the last 150 years and which are in a reasonable condition).

Commercial - For commercial Clients we provide tailored services from major property surveys and pre lease schedule of condition reports through to property development advice, project management, dispute resolution and cyclical maintenance regimes.

We are also able to assist and assure Clients, in all aspects of property development, from advice on planning permission, design, rights of light, development appraisals, timetable and costs through to providing full project management services.
